Meet Julie Soe Nyun

Hi, I’m Julie Soe Nyun, founder of Simplify Real Estate Services LLC. I grew up in the beautiful town of Sandy, Oregon, and graduated from Santa Clara University, where I had the incredible opportunity to play Division I basketball. Being part of a team taught me the value of hard work, discipline, and collaboration—qualities that continue to shape how I serve my clients today.

After college, I returned to Oregon, where my husband and I now live in Sandy. We love traveling and enjoy the flexibility of working remotely from just about anywhere. With our children now grown and starting their own journeys, we cherish every moment we get to spend with them.

I’ve worked in the real estate industry for nearly 30 years as a licensed assistant to some of the top agents in the business. I know this industry inside and out—from contracts and compliance to timelines and transaction management. My mission is simple: to streamline your business so you can focus on what you do best—selling homes and serving clients.
